At Home of Rose Gold, we strive to provide a positive experience for all participants in our complementary and alternative medicine workshops for women’s health. Please review our refund policy carefully.

 

Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases for our workshops are final. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.

 

Workshop Cancellations

If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason (e.g., low enrolment, unforeseen circumstances), all ticket holders will receive a full refund. We will notify you via email and process refunds within 5-10 working days.

 

Rescheduling

If a workshop is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and given the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a refund. If you choose to request a refund in this case, please contact us within 5 days of the notification.

 

Participant Cancellations

Due to the nature of our workshops, we do not offer refunds for participant cancellations. If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be able to provide credit toward a future workshop, subject to availability.

 

Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable unless specified otherwise. If you are unable to attend, please reach out to us at olivia@homeofrosegold.com for assistance.
